About the Workshop

In this workshop, you will learn fun ways to stay fit while bonding with your baby. From 3-month-old infants to 2-year-old toddlers, the first rule of Yoga with Your Little One is to take care of yourself. If your baby needs to eat, sleep or cry, this is a safe space for you to be you!

In class, you can expect to tone and stretch your muscles while breathing deeply. This helps to relax the nervous system and energise the body. Plus, you have the chance to connect with like-minded families.  

You will also learn very sweet and gentle “baby yoga” moves to promote digestion, enhance circulation and elevate joy. Our little ones experience the world through the feelings in their body – the better their body’s energy flow, the happier and healthier the child. A happy kid makes for a happy mama, pappa and family! 

 About the Teacher

Marysia Do began her international yoga teaching career in 2013, while working at PURE Yoga Singapore. At the time, power postures like inversions and arm balances were not widely popularised but Marysia's passion for empowering yogis to feel stronger in their bodies and lighter on their feet became contagious. Her ability to explain complex concepts simply and teach to varying body types enables yogis to float and fly in surprising and fun ways! 

Since becoming a mother in 2022, Marysia’s trajectory has shifted as she aims to inspire mothers and babies to connect and feel amazing physically, mentally and emotionally. She believes that we can come together to create a generation of deeply beautiful, vibrant and independent minded mothers and a next generation of innovative, loving and powerful children.

Refunds/Cancellations

·               PURE bears no responsibility for any missed sessions. No refunds or makeup sessions will be provided.

·               PURE reserves the right to modify the event schedule, content, or venue. Participants will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.

·               If there is any discrepancy between the printed and web versions, the web version shall prevail.

·               No refund or credit will be given for cancellations starting 1 October 2024. 

·              All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee that will be deducted from your refund.
